Pauline Mainwaring, Director

Pauline Mainwaring has been a qualified Solicitor for 26 years and in addition to her extensive legal experience  she was Assistant and Deputy Coroner for ten years.

In private practice, Pauline has specialised as a family lawyer and litigator and is committed to achieving the best possible result for all her clients.  Pauline will offer practical and realistic advice and you can rely on her to be with you every step of the way. Pauline has a reputation of adopting a tough but fair approach to ensure the interests of her clients are fully protected.  

Pauline has extensive experience in all areas of Family law, all types of civil disputes, agricultural matters, personal injury claims and medical negligence claims.  Pauline has also successfully handled all types of debt recovery matters and has advised clients in relation to, and drafted, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills during her 22 years as a solicitor. 

During her public sector engagement, in addition to her role as an in-house Solicitor, Pauline managed the Information Department which included Information Governance, Data Protection, Freedom of Information, Information Security, Information Sharing and Records Management.

Pauline sat on the National Police Board for Information Sharing and the Board for the Wales Accord of Sharing Personal Information (WASPI) and was Chair of the Mid and West Wales WASPI Quality Assurance Board.  Pauline was responsible for training the Officers and Staff in Data Protection and Information Sharing and she was responsible for liaising with many public sector organisations in respect of information sharing protocols, information disclosure and other information governance issues.

Pauline is a member of Resolution which is an organisation of 6,500 family lawyers and other professionals in England and Wales, who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters.
